El Portal de Documentaci\u00f3n Ambiental<\/strong> es una iniciativa del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales<\/strong> que refleja los principios de responsabilidad social establecidos en la Ley General de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales No. 64-00<\/strong>. Esta ley consagra el derecho de la ciudadan\u00eda a participar activamente en la conservaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y uso sostenible de los recursos naturales, as\u00ed como el acceso libre, veraz y oportuno a la informaci\u00f3n ambiental.

Este espacio digital ha sido concebido como una herramienta p\u00fablica, abierta y confiable para facilitar el acceso al conocimiento ambiental relevante.
